Joticle Inc. builds vertical software for professional niches. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to joticle.com and to the Joticle products that link here.
Joticle Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation with offices at 2737 Sandalwood Ave, Henderson, NV 89074, United States. Joticle is the data controller for the information described in this policy.
We do not collect payment card numbers. Where a product accepts payment, it is processed by a third-party payment provider and the card details are never stored on our systems.

Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only to deliver the messages you asked for.

Our products are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where a Joticle product is used by a school or education provider, that organisation is responsible for obtaining any consent required, and student information is processed only on its instructions.
Joticle is based in the United States and information we collect is processed there. If you access our products from outside the United States, you are transferring information to a country whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your own.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be communicated through the product or by email.
